Thriller is a kind of ready made video based on the mythic Michael Jackson's Thriller video directed by John Landis in 1983. My work has been very simple but has a conceptual side which really interested me. I have simply reversed like with a mirror all the video using a digital editing software to create a neverseen version of the video. My version is a mirror inversion which could be the one from Michael Jackson eyes on the set when he created his choreography in a mirror. And the viewer can see Thriller with Michael Jackson eyes seeing himself dancing in the mirror. That almost nothing difference create a new Thriller video which looks like the original but is not. This process is visible after a few minutes on the video because the word Thriller from the movie theatre on the video is reversed. And that is the only clue that explains why the video is the original but seems so different.
